www.cleargroup.es provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs and data, (henceforth THE CONTENTS), on the Internet belonging to Clear Group or its lessees to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for using the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that might be necessary to access certain services or contents.

In this registration, the USER will be responsible for providing true and legitimate information. Because of this registration, the user could be provided with a password for which the USER will be responsible, pledging to make a diligent and confidential use of it.

In any case, Clear Group is not responsible for the accuracy or truth of the opinions expressed or articles published on the Website and rejects any responsibility for the use made of them.

DATA PROTECTION

Clear Group complies with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Protection of Personal Data, the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the regulations for the development of the current Organic Law and other legislation in force at all times, and ensures proper use and secure processing of personal data.
